7. Google Gmail Integration & Data Usage

Auderly integrates with Google Gmail to provide email management features. By connecting your Gmail account, you agree to the following:

Data We Access

  • We access your Gmail inbox to read and display emails within the app
  • We send emails on your behalf when you use the compose and send feature
  • We access your Google profile (name and email address) for account creation

Google API Scopes We Use

  • gmail.readonly — To read and display your emails inside Auderly
  • gmail.send — To send emails on your behalf through the app
  • profile and email — To retrieve your name and email for your account
  • openid — To authenticate you securely via Google Sign-In

How We Handle Gmail Data

  • Gmail data is accessed in real time directly from Google
  • OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely
  • Tokens are used solely to communicate with Google APIs on your behalf
  • We never use your Gmail data for advertising or profiling

Your Control

  • You can revoke Gmail access at any time via your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com
  • Revoking access immediately stops Auderly from accessing your Gmail
  • You can request deletion of your stored tokens by contacting us

Compliance

Our use of Gmail data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Gmail data to provide features you explicitly request within the app and never for any secondary purpose.
